We back every Pawly product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you or your dog aren't completely happy, we'll make it right.

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for any reason. Items should be in resaleable condition where possible — but for hygiene products, used items can still be returned under the guarantee.

How to return

Email hello@pawly.co.uk with your order number.
We'll send a prepaid returns label within 1 business day.
Drop the parcel at any Royal Mail post office.
Once received, refunds are processed within 3 working days.

Faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, send a photo to hello@pawly.co.uk and we'll replace or refund immediately — no need to return.
