If a Pawly product doesn't earn its keep, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no interrogation.
How it works:
- Email hello@pawlyz.com with your order number.
- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Refund issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Items should be returned in a resellable condition where possible. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which are unaffected — including your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if an item is faulty (faulty items: we cover return postage and offer repair, replacement or refund).
