Terms of service
Terms of service
These terms apply when you use pawlyz.com or purchase products from Pawly. Pawly is a UK-based online retailer operating from Manor Orchard, Banbury, OX15 6DZ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@pawlyz.com.
Products and information
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Colours and appearance can vary by screen, and minor product improvements can occur. If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will contact you and offer a correction or cancellation with a full refund.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of stock availability, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or a material pricing or product-information error. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners.
Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated dates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for further details.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains the 30-day return process. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site unlawfully or infringe our or another person’s rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction. You may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed when your order is placed applies to that order.
