Shipping and delivery

Pawly currently offers delivery to the United Kingdom. The delivery options and prices available for your order are shown at checkout before payment.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery: free where shown at checkout. The estimated delivery dates appear during checkout.
• Express delivery: £6.99 where available. The estimated delivery dates appear during checkout.

Many products are delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Some specialist or bulky products can take approximately 6–12 working days and may require a signature. Any product-specific estimate shown on the product page or at checkout takes priority.

You will receive tracking information by email when it is available. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or address problems.

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If an order is returned because an address was incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery costs may apply.
