Shipping and delivery
Pawly currently offers delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. The delivery options, charges and estimated dates available for your order are shown at checkout before payment.
UK delivery
- Standard delivery: £4.99 for orders below £50; free for orders of £50 or more.
- Express delivery: £6.99 where available.
Many products are delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Some specialist or bulky products can take approximately 6–12 working days and may require a signature. Any product-specific estimate shown on the product page or at checkout takes priority.
Carriers and tracking
We use a range of parcel and bulky-goods carriers depending on the item, delivery address and fulfilment location. The carrier and tracking link are confirmed in the dispatch email when tracking is available. You can also use our Track your order page for help.
Delayed, missing or incomplete deliveries
If tracking has not updated, the estimated delivery date has passed, or part of your order is missing, email hello@pawlyz.com with your order number. We will check the delivery address, tracking and fulfilment records and investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner. If an order is confirmed lost, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after dispatch. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery costs may apply.
